Defensive Pistol Training

DefensePistol

Learning and training are lifelong pursuits, not an one time endeavors.

Shooting is a perishable skill, requiring continuous and persistent training to maintain proficiency and accuracy. Many people obtain their License to Carry and never train or take another class thereafter. Tragically, lack of preparation and practice may yield potentially life threatening results. Having a License to Carry does not make one a skilled shooter any more than having a driver’s license makes one a race car driver.

Several classes offered by El Paso LTC to prepare you for real world proficiency include legal aspects of being a LTC holder, gear and ammo selection, methods of carrying, handgun manipulations, malfunction remedies, target acquisition, shooting on the move, stress management and survival tactics. Once you’ve earned your License to Carry, it is strongly recommended that you continue learning, training, and practicing.
