This RDS pistol course is taught by Ben Cheng, a Rangemaster certified Master Pistol Instructor and a certified RDS instructor by Scott Jedlinski of the Modern Samurai Project.
Topics to be covered in this fast-paced 4-hour class including Presentation, How to Find the Dot, Manage the Dot during Recoil, RDS Offset and speed shooting in close distance. We will also be shooting several drills to improve your skills and access your level of competency. It is important that you have your gun zeroed either at 10 or 15 yards prior to the class, so we will not waste valuable class time zeroing the gun. Please also remember to check your battery or replace your battery for the RDS. You will need about 300-rd of ammo. You can wear your holster, either OWB, IWB or AIWB for this class, it is your choice. Also bring a mag pouch for at least 2 magazines. In addition, please bring your safety gear which includes eye/ear protection and a baseball cap. Because we are shooting at an indoor range, for your health, please bring a N90 mask or a respirator if you have one.
If you are new to RDS pistol, I do have 3 RDS pistols available for rent for $10.

This is what Scott Hillstrom, a recent graduate of the RDS Pistol class said about the course:
“Another great class Ben! I’ve been to many of your classes over the years and have even retaken some, I think the Red Dot Pistol Class might be my favorite one yet. We were able to identify some of my accuracy issues and now have some great exercises to continue improving – especially the 7×5 Torture Drill! Thank you for offering this type of education and experience in a straightforward and safe format! Looking forward to the 102 Pistol Defense Class!”
