Many different grippig techniques are taught in the shooting community—but which one is right for you?
Topics include:
• Benefits of an extremely firm grip
• What “Grip Before Trigger” means
• Using larger muscles to increase grip pressure
• At-home exercises to improve grip strength
• Range drills designed to test your grip
• Managing recoil to shoot faster and more accurately
A strong, consistent grip is the foundation of good shooting. Master your grip and take your performance to the next level.
As with all my Skill-Builder classes—including Master Trigger Control, RDS Pistol, Gripology, Low-Light Shooting, and Defensive Pistol—you can challenge yourself to meet the EPLTC Shooting Standards at the Skilled, Advanced, or Master level and earn a certificate recognizing your shooting proficiency and dedication to training.
